What You'll Do
Champion food safety and quality culture Ensure compliance with BRC and customer standards Lead technical projects (e.g. hygiene, allergen validations) Manage supplier relationships and non-conformances Support audits and investigations Deliver training on HACCP, allergen awareness, etc. Use data and OPEX tools to drive improvements What You'll Bring
? Essential:
HACCP & Food Safety Level 3 Experience in food manufacturing Strong knowledge of BRC & industry standards Excellent communication & organisation Problem-solving skills & attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office ? Desirable:
8-step problem solving experience Experience leading third-party audits Background in Food Safety/Technology
