MBR Dental are currently assisting Dentaid, a not:for:profit dental charity, to recruit Locum Dentists to support their services across Somerset and surrounding areas, including Yeovil, Mendip, Glastonbury, Taunton, and Bridgwater.

Position Details Ad hoc locum shifts available Ongoing contracts until further notice Monday to Friday availability (flexible days) Regular monthly locum opportunities Working hours: 4:6 hours per day GBP 450 per day rate No lab bills About the Role Working from a mobile dental unit Providing emergency dental treatment and primary care Referring complex cases as appropriate Travelling to community locations and outreach settings
You will be supporting patients from a wide range of backgrounds, including:
Individuals experiencing homelessness Refugees and asylum seekers People affected by domestic abuse Patients with addiction support needs Families and looked after children Other vulnerable and underserved groups Locations Somerset: Yeovil, Mendip, Glastonbury, Taunton, Bridgwater Support and Environment Dental nurse support provided Clinical supervisor available Collaborative and mission driven team Opportunity to contribute to a high impact charity service Requirements GDC registered Dentist Minimum 4+ years UK post graduate experience Enhanced DBS (required upon request) Comfortable working in mobile / outreach environments No NHS Performer Number required No visa sponsorship available
