You’ll be on the road whatever the weather, with automated technology to pre-plan routes and pre-load vans. Shifts include evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays, with premiums that can increase average hourly earnings.

Responsibilities
* Deliver top quality products on time and in a customer-facing role.
* Operate with the help of automated technology to pre-plan routes and pre-load vans.
* Work a pattern that includes evenings and weekends, with base pay plus applicable premiums.
* Ensure all breaks are paid and that you are punctual and reliable.
* Engage with customers professionally and communicate effectively on delivery day.
* Complete any required site tours and participate in onboarding and checks as part of the application process.
Qualifications
* Full UK or EU driving licence.
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
* Maximum of 6 penalty points.
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
* Over 18 years old for handling alcohol products, if applicable.
* Good communication skills due to the customer-facing nature of the role.

* Invitation to tour the site and meet the team for a Q&A session.
* Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be completed.
* Upon completion of checks, an offer will be made and your career with Ocado Logistics will begin.
Pay, Hours and Shifts
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
* Contracted days: Any 5 days out of 8, with 8-hour shifts; details provided during pre-boarding
* Shifts: AM & PM; start times as early as 05:30 and as late as 12:00 (midnight); rota available up to 13 weeks in advance
* Pay Structure: Lunar paid (paid every 4 weeks)
* Hourly Pay Rates (basic, premiums and overtime):
o Basic: £12.26
o Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12
o Sunday Day Premium: £1.23
o Sunday Evening Premium: £2.46
o Overtime (Mon-Sat, Day Shift): £15.33
o Overtime (Mon-Sat, Evening Shift): £16.73
