We’re seeking an exceptional individual to step into a key leadership role as Assistant Head of Individual Giving in our Individual Giving department. This senior position heads up the Supporter Acquisition and Innovation Unit, where you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering an annual acquisition plan aimed at maximising income and recruiting new donors throughout the year. As Assistant Head, you’ll spearhead the development of cutting-edge acquisition products, lead market research, and analyse customer trends to create strategies that connect us with supporters in meaningful and impactful ways. What You’ll Achieve: Delivering innovative solutions to efficiently acquire new donors with high lifetime value potential. Driving an annual fundraising target of £500,000. Leading a dynamic team of three, including one direct line report, and fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
