English Teacher - Long-Term Role
Location: Secondary School, Chester
Start Date: As soon as possible
Pay: £160-£200 per day (depending on experience)
We are urgently seeking a committed and enthusiastic English Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Chester. This is a long-term position with an immediate start, offering the chance to make a real difference in a dynamic and supportive school setting.
The Role:
* Teach engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Plan, prepare and assess in line with curriculum expectations
* Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with a dedicated English department
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
* Has recent experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
* Brings strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
* Is passionate about literature, language, and student achievement
