Position: Assistant Manager
Salary: ÂŁ32,900 per annum + Tronc + up to 32% bonus paid quarterly
Location: Rudy’s Chester – New Opening
Chester… we’re coming. Our newest Rudy’s is landing in the heart of the city and it’s set to be a big one — two floors, 170+ covers, and our 39th Rudy’s Pizzeria. We’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to help bring the energy, build the culture, and lead from the front in one of our most exciting openings yet.

About the role
11. This role is perfect for a current Assistant Manager — or a strong Supervisor/Team Leader ready to step up — who wants to take ownership of the floor and help shape a brand-new opening from day one.
12. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to build a high-performing team, create an unforgettable guest experience, and drive standards across a busy, high-energy restaurant.
