Conveyancing Team Manager (Hybrid)
Salary: £50K-£55K+ (DOE) + bonus and benefits
Location: Central Cardiff, Wales
We are looking for an experienced conveyancing team manager to join and lead a team of property lawyers at the Cardiff office. You will need to have a strong background in conveyancing, with exposure to all types of residential file to be able to cover knowledge gaps from your team, as well as previous experience in a leadership role. Have the drive to motivate your team to success, and a genuine passion for the development of others.
The role does not carry a personal caseload, and instead focuses on overseeing the day to day activities of the team, workload distribution, resource planning, facilitating and holding regular team meetings, and supporting Senior Operations Managers in annual processes.
This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the lovely Cardiff office. Easy travel links by train or car from Swansea, Bristol, and surrounding areas.
Basic salary in the region of £55k+, plus team based performance incentives and plenty of company benefits.
