Compensation and Working Hours
Salary: £13.25 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. 5 days a week (9am-5pm). Required to work regular weekends, bank holidays, and occasional evenings for events.
Responsibilities
Assist in the delivery and development of a programme of activities and events across Herefordshire, bringing our places to life for visitors year‑round. Work with the team to create engaging events, understand and communicate our mission and ongoing work, and ensure high standards of presentation. Support visitors with clear, consistent communication and help them understand our heritage and conservation work.

* Team player, but able to work independently
* Adaptable with a flexible approach
* Understanding of the importance of great service
* Keen to learn new things
* Well organised and able to manage time effectively
