Community Nursing Network Administrator
Band 3 (£24,937 – £26,598)
Permanent – 37.5 hours per week
We’re looking for a dynamic Administrator to join the Community Nursing Network in South Kirklees. As the daily point of contact for our nursing teams, you will coordinate clinical tasks, manage equipment and stock, support mobile staff, and keep our systems running smoothly to improve patient care through efficient admin support and data quality.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate schedules, documentation, and audits for clinical teams
* Manage stock and equipment orders
* Streamline processes to improve service delivery
* Act as a key link between patients, staff, and wider services
* Administer a 4‑week roster with core hours 8‑5 pm, up to two late shifts and one weekend morning shift each week
What You’ll Bring
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confidence using clinical systems such as SystmOne
* A caring, team‑focused attitude
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
* Based in health centres; will need to travel to other bases as requested
