Horizon Teachers are currently working with an Ofsted rated good Primary School in Hounslow, looking to appoint a Teacher to help teach their creative and skilled Year 5 class, from September 2025 for the full academic year. This school is also considering ECT's for this position to start off your career teaching Primary School children.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to their passionate class, closely working alongside other Teachers within the school.
This school focus on making sure they create an inspiring environment for children to help motivate them to develop a passion for learning and unlocking their full potential!
Requirements:
* Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans for diverse learners.
* Excellent classroom management skills with a student-centred approach.
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience with assessments and tracking student progress.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
