Project Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
* Overall engineering leadership on project
* Responsible for the project technical relationship with the client.
* Accountable for the detailed engineering integrated planning and execution to the plan.
* Coordinate COE's engineering activities to achieve overall budgeted hours for all packages.
* Lead monthly scheduled reviews that track progress and spending by team.
* Monitor, explain and resolve any deviations from the early baseline on the S-curve for engineering.
* Drive on-time delivery through regular meetings and detailed team engagement.
* Issue and approve manpower needed to execute to the schedule and any additional scopes that enters the project
Qualifications
* Masters or bachelor's degree in engineering or science-based discipline.
* Previous experience in positions such as project engineering, system engineering or project engineering management at product or system level.
* Be able to create and lead multi-disciplined, geographically dispersed teams.
* Be able to synthesize information, identify problems, establish facts, and deduce solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
* Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
* Established project management skills.
* Be available to travel internationally for project needs and for short term assignments.
