Hillcrest Maintenance is recruiting for a Roofer
About the Department
Hillcrest Maintenance cover all aspects of gas, plumbing, electrical, joinery, wet trade, carpet fitting and cleaning works for domestic and commercial properties
About the Role
As a Roofer you will:
Maintain the roofs of our housing stock
Have experience with solar installs (desirable)
Provide general assistance to other trades when needed
Have experience on different type of roof installs
Have experience in a similar setting
About You
You will:
Have familiarity with tools, power equipment, and general site operations
Have awareness of health and safety regulations
Have good time management and the ability to balance multiple tasks or projects
Have good communication and the ability to work well with tenants, supervisors, and other trades
Be able to work well within a team and collaborate in multi-trade environments
Be adaptable to switching between trades as needed
Hold a valid driving licence
