Fast-growing travel technology brand looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to take ownership of their affiliate program. This is a great opportunity to grow a high-impact channel and work with top partners in the travel and lifestyle space.
What you’ll do:
* Manage and grow our affiliate program day-to-day
* Recruit and onboard new travel/lifestyle affiliates
* Negotiate deals and commission structures
* Optimise campaigns for ROI and sales growth
* Build strong partner and network relationships
* Align activity with wider marketing campaigns
What we’re looking for:
* Experience running affiliate programs (ideally travel, leisure, or e-commerce)
* Strong knowledge of affiliate networks and tracking platforms
* A confident negotiator who enjoys building partnerships
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
* Organised, proactive, and great at managing multiple projects
