Role Overview
As Website Manager within our marketing team, you will:
1. Manage the daily operations of grantthorton.co.uk to meet business objectives and lead generation goals.
2. Conduct regular reviews of the website and user experience across digital channels.
3. Contribute to the strategic UX direction for the UK corporate website.
4. Own the website development roadmap, collaborating with GTIL and development partners for continuous improvement.
5. Ensure web accessibility compliance.
6. Manage third-party relationships and tools.
7. Develop and deliver training on the web platform and templates.
8. Provide strategic advice to teams across Markets and Clients.
9. Utilize technology to address business challenges and opportunities, driving commercial value.
10. Review and report on search term performance.
11. Present website performance metrics to stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
Minimum requirements include a university degree, relevant qualification, or substantial experience managing a corporate website, preferably B2B.
1. Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, ideally Optimizely (EPiServer).
2. Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage large projects.
3. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven improvements.
4. Knowledge of website personalization, UX, and information architecture.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
6. Experience managing third-party vendors and contracts.
7. Leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
Desirable skills include basic HTML/CSS, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.), UX tools (FIGMA, Invision), and Adobe Creative Cloud.
