The Role – Parts Advisor
As a Parts Advisor, you'll be a key link between the workshop, suppliers and customers, ensuring the correct parts are identified, ordered and supplied efficiently to keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Do
* Identify, order and supply vehicle parts accurately
* Support the workshop and service teams with parts enquiries
* Manage stock levels, deliveries and parts returns
* Use parts catalogues and computer systems to check availability and pricing
* Deal with customer and internal enquiries in a professional manner
* Ensure parts are correctly issued, invoiced and recorded
What We're Looking For
* Previous parts experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good communication and customer service ability
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Confidence using computer systems and learning new processes
