The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. You'll deliver excellent customer service through advice and recommendations, maintain high store standards, and work alongside your colleagues to hit sales targets. You'll also support store management and help develop team knowledge and confidence.
£12.71 per hour
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Greeting and serving customers.
2. Preparing counter.
3. Preparing different cuts of meat.
4. Assisting customers with their purchases and providing product knowledge.
5. Preparation of counter and pre-pack areas.
6. Product sampling.
7. Stock rotation.
8. Price reduction.
9. Receiving deliveries and completing paperwork required.
10. Special offer material distribution.
11. General cleaning.
12. Internal training.
13. Supporting management function.
The Ideal Candidate
14. Proven customer service excellence.
15. Determination to drive sales.
16. IT literacy.
17. Knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
18. Capability to motivate and guide team daily.
19. Support to deliver and train new people.
20. Deadline focused.
21. Flexible within working hours.
22. Ability to support store manager when not on site and act in a professional manner.
23. Strong communicator.
24. Competent to work well under pressure.
