Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop a team of three in revenue management, providing coaching and guidance.
2. Oversee month-end revenue recognition, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
3. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and prepare technical accounting policy papers.
4. Collaborate with auditors on revenue-related areas and align on key judgements.
5. Continuously improve processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
6. Support the preparation of annual accounts, ensuring high-quality disclosures.
7. Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA).
2. Deep understanding of a wide selection of accounting standards.
3. Strong leadership skills with prior line management or supervisory experience.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication, with keen attention to detail.
5. Proficient in Excel and other IT tools.
