We are recruiting for a Mental Health Liaison Nurse for Children & Young People who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.
This post holder with the Paediatric team will play a key role in supporting the management of these CYP.
The post holder will also facilitate relevant training, supervision / debriefing and support the Paediatric team, and facilitate and act as the interface between ChED, PAU, Paediatric ward, Crisis Team for C&YP, All Age Eating Disorder (AAEDS) and Children and Young People Mental Health Service practitioners (CYPMHS).
They will provide expertise and vision in developing and improving services for C&YP, support and deputise for the Clinical Nurse Lead for Mental Health (for Paediatrics only).
