Responsibilities
* Work closely with pupils with varied and complex needs, supporting their learning journeys.
* Prepare learning materials, run classroom activities, and provide hands-on support under supervision.
* Support pupils\' emotional and physical needs to help them grow and engage confidently with the world around them.
* Face challenges with support, guidance, and opportunities for skill development within a collaborative team.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience of working in SEND settings is required.
* Adaptable and ready to work in a variety of classroom roles, indoors and outdoors.
* Caring and responsive, capable of running activities, leading outdoor experiences, or supervising pupils exploring new environments.
* A team player who values mutual support and collaboration.
* Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory for this role.
