We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a brand new role: Administrative Lead to the Nursing Team.
Working in close partnership with the Clinical Lead to the Nursing Team, this role will ensure strong leadership across the Nursing and HCA Team, covering HR and line management responsibilities, operational support, rota management, and team representation.
Hours will be between 24 - 28 hours a week.
Pay £14.00 – £15.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

* Work closely with the Clinical Lead to the Nursing Team and other departments across the Practice.
* Perform management responsibilities, operational support and rota management.

* Completion of relevant training or a qualification in team leadership or people management.
Experience
* Experience of working with the general public
* Experience working in a senior administrative role
* Experience in data entry, reporting, and record keeping
* Experience handling confidential information
* Experience in working in a large, multi-disciplinary team
* Experience in a primary care, healthcare, or NHS setting
* Experience in managing staff rotas, sickness and absences
* Experience in line management or working within a team leader role
* Experience of using clinical systems (e.g. TPP SystmOne)
Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), with the ability to troubleshoot IT issues
* Clear, polite telephone manner
