Digital Marketing Executive (Hybrid Role)
To elevate our clients visibility and uptake by owning digital marketing channels including CRM, B2B email, social media, and Meta campaigns focusing on hospitality clients in the UK. This role is Hybrid so 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM & Data Management
* Oversee the marketing database, ensuring GDPR compliance and data hygiene.
* Segment venue types (e.g., independent restaurants, pub groups) for tailored outreach.
* Manage automation workflows e.g., onboarding emails, retention nudges, re engagement campaigns.
2. B2B Email Marketing
* Develop and implement email campaigns for lead gen, demos, promotions, and newsletters.
* Track and optimise open rates, click throughs, conversions, and campaign ROI using CRM analytics.
* Craft copy that underscores our clients USP: cost savings, simplicity, support, and marketing benefits.
3. Social Media Management
* Plan and execute social updates across channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) showcasing customer success stories, features, offers, and guides.
* Create dynamic content such as short videos of venues or UX snippets, festive campaigns (e.g., bank holidays, Lytham Festival), and seasonal tips.
* Analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads generated) and adjust strategy accordingly.
4. Paid Media (META campaigns)
* Launch and manage Meta ads targeting hospitality venues in the UK.
* Promote key benefits like fixed fee pricing, no cover charges, built in deposits, and dining guide inclusion.
* Monitor conversions (demo sign ups, contact form submissions), optimise ad spend and ROI.
5. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
* Measure performance across all channels: email, social, Paid social, CRM conversion funnels.
* Provide regular dashboards showing lead pipeline, customer acquisition cost, ROI, churn, etc.
* Conduct A/B tests for creative, offers, segmentation, and email subject lines.
6. Collaboration & Campaign Planning
* Work with founders to align marketing strategy with business goals.
* Coordinate with support (UK-based hospitality support team) for customer success stories and testimonials.
* Plan campaigns around key industry dates (bank holidays, festivals, seasonal changes) to maximize visibility.
Essential Skills & Experience
* 3–5 years in digital/CRM/email marketing, preferably with B2B SaaS or hospitality related experience.
* Proficient with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
* Experience in social content creation and ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
* Strong data literacy with ability to track and interpret KPIs like CTR, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
* Excellent writing/editing skills—can style copy for B2B marketing that resonates with hospitality operators
* Organisational and project management strength for campaign planning and timely execution.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
