2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst – Milton Keynes - Up to £35,000 + £4,000 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
Overview:
A leading UK MSP, who are also an award-winning Microsoft partner are looking to on board a 2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst to drive one of their key clients to ensure high level of service is consistently delivered.
Role & Responsibilities:
Understand and provide the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Understand the definition of the required implementation tasks and resource requirements.
* Understand and assist in the development of all project plans.
* Understand and assist in the planning of project timelines.
* Implement the Project Implementation work, ensuring all activities are actioned in line with project plans and timelines.
* Track and update project activities and deliverables using appropriate tools.
* Escalate when the project is at risk of not delivering to the agreed requirements or timescales.
* Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
* Managing client expectations through clear communications.
* Take responsibility for your own continual professional development, ensuring up to date industry and technical knowledge.
* Create and maintain customer specific infrastructure documentation.
* Undertake all other reasonable requests.
Essential Experience:
* of managing or supporting projects.
* of working in a customer facing role
* with working to SLAs to meet both customer and contract requirements.

A good level of knowledge and application in:
