Experience working within software development or internet-related industries. Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud. Experience working with AWS technologies from a DevOps perspective. Practical knowledge of the AWS platform is desired, along with a sound technical foundation and a desire to learn. Responsibilities: Work directly with customers to accelerate their projects and recommend best-practice architectures aligned to long-term business outcomes. Own the technical relationship with customers and act as a trusted advisor. Provide guidance shaped by the customers best interests. Share customer insights to help influence the roadmap for new AWS features and services. Create and capture best practices, technical content, and reference architectures such as white papers, code samples, and blog posts. Evangelize and educate customers about AWS technology through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos, and conferences. Contribute to the growth of the Solutions Architecture organization by hiring, coaching, and mentoring others. Develop depth in technical domains relevant to our interests and customer outcomes. Collaborate closely with an Account Executive and partner with account management, professional services, support, product teams, and the AWS partner ecosystem.
