Responsibilities:
Edit short-form educational videos seconds)
Create daily Reels/Shorts optimized for engagement
Add captions, subtitles, and animated text
Design eye-catching hooks within the first 3 seconds
Add motion graphics, transitions, and sound effects
Create professional intros & outros
Optimize videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts (9:16 format)
Requirements:
Strong experience in short-form content editing
Expertise in motion graphics and dynamic subtitles
Knowledge of social media trends & algorithms
Experience with YouTube automation and AI-based content workflows
Ability to meet daily deadlines
Creative storytelling skills
