Location: Hybrid working - 3 days per week in Newcastle
Rate (PAYE rate): £370.60 contract rate (inc hol= £424.48). You would be payrolled by Cpl, similar to an umbrella company. Equivalent Umbrella rate is £492
We are recruiting for a User Researcher to help our client understand their users and create experiences that truly meet their needs.
In this role you'll plan and conduct research, analyse findings and work closely with designers and stakeholders to turn insights into practical improvements. Your work will ensure that every product and service delivered is intuitive, accessible and built around real user behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct user interviews and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
* Create user personas and journey maps to visualize user experiences.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with user needs.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance user experience strategies.
* Develop and present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for review and approval.
Key Skills
* Advanced proficiency in User Experience Research Tools and Techniques
* Advanced proficiency in User Research
* Additionally, advanced proficiency in Qualitative Research, Quantitative Research, and Responsive and Adaptive Design
