You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality claims services, driving performance, and supporting the career growth of your team. With a strong focus on innovation, compliance, and client satisfaction, you’ll help shape the future of our Commercial Property division.
What You’ll Have:
* Proven leadership in commercial claims management:Experience leading teams handling commercial property claims, typically under £100k, with a focus on technical and operational excellence.
* Strong financial and strategic acumen:Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance in line with budgets and strategic goals.
* Commitment to continuous improvement:A proactive approach to enhancing service delivery, promoting innovation, and embedding digital solutions.
* Client-focused mindset:Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at a senior level.
* Clear and effective communicator:Able to ensure role clarity, team engagement, and consistent communication across all levels.
