Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your exceptional communication skills will help ensure that every customer feels valued and attended to, setting the tone for their experience.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
* Manage customer flow.
* Inform customers about promotions.
* Maintain a clean and organised shop floor, ensuring that it is presentable at all times.
* Assist in coordinating with reception and staff to ensure timely service.
* Handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
* Support the team during busy periods by assisting with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A friendly disposition with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.24 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 37.5 per week
