About the Role: As a Senior Town Planner, you'll be working on a range of projects, from residential and commercial developments to regeneration schemes. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on planning applications and appeals
* Provide expert advice on planning policy and development proposals
* Engage with stakeholders, including local authorities and developers
* Oversee the preparation of site appraisals and feasibility studies
* Mentor and support junior planners in the team
What We're Looking For:
* Extensive experience in Town Planning, ideally with MRTPI or equivalent accreditation
* A strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy
* Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong report writing and presentation abilities
