Location and Travel
Qualified candidates will reside in the United Kingdom to support European operations. Frequent travel up to 25% may be required based on business need. This position is a fully remote position that can be located anywhere in the UK.
What will you be doing?
* Solution Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring successful deployment of Eyelit's solutions. Works with customers to understand key objectives/challenges/requirements. Works closely with Engineering to specify any custom requirements, such as interfaces, custom functions, and custom reports.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships at senior leadership level with client sites, serving as a trusted advisor and point of escalation throughout the implementation journey.
* Solution Expertise: Deepen and maintain expertise in Eyelit's solutions, staying updated with new features and best practices.
* Manufacturing expertise: Deepen and maintain expertise in industry best practise and KPI’s, enabling the ability to guide clients to build a software solution that best meets their business requirements.
* Training and Knowledge Transfer: Deliver training workshops to clients, ensuring they are equipped to effectively utilize our solutions. Works with internal Support team to ensure seamless transfer to ongoing support for the customer.
What you bring?
* Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field (Business, computer science, engineering)
* 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing (manufacturing management or software solutions implementation within the manufacturing industry)
* 8+ years experience in implementation consulting, project management, or a related field
* Certifications: relevant certifications in project management, solution implementation or industry-specific certifications can be advantageous (PMP, etc)
* Manufacturing Proficiency: In depth knowledge of manufacturing key drivers / challenges and industry KPI’s, enabling the guidance of best practice use of the product to meet business priorities for the customer
* Integration and API Knowledge: Understanding of integration methods and APIs to connect the company's solutions with other systems and ability to lead selection of optimum solutions.
* Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships to senior level, understand their business needs, and provide effective solutions. Ability to lead longer term strategic technical discussions for future opportunities with the product
* Verbal and Written Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas and information clearly and persuasively. Ability to lead discussions and resolve potential conflicts across multiple vendors and within senior leadership
* Client Presentations: Proficiency in delivering presentations to clients, demonstrating product features and benefits.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support.
