Responsibilities:
As the Financial Controller, you will:
* Manage daily finance operations and lead the finance team.
* Oversee cash flow forecasting and management.
* Lead the month-end close process and prepare monthly management accounts.
* Monitor financial risks and controls.
* Manage annual budgeting and year-end close processes.
* Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* analyse financial processes to identify and implement improvements.
* Collaborate with departments to enhance financial literacy and accountability.
* Engage in ad-hoc duties as needed.
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller
* Strong leadership skills with a proactive mindset
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks
* Experience in process improvement initiatives
* Familiarity with financial software and systems
* A collaborative approach to business partnering
