Company Overview:
Our client is a well-established and growing property and real estate organization with high-profile commercial M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and globally. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager / Director for a prestigious commercial client based in Central London.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of approximately 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and support staff.
* Deliver a 5-star service across M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services within a high-profile building.
* Engage with multiple stakeholders and liaise with the on-site client.
* Ensure compliance through auditing and manage budgets, including a circa £2.5 million P&L.
* Implement energy and sustainability initiatives, reduce WIP, and identify project opportunities.
* Plan for succession and team development.
Candidate Requirements:
* At least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial environment.
* Experience managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients.
* Strong man-management skills.
* Desirable qualifications include ILM (Level 3-5), IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, MIBFM.
Additional Information:
Salary between £75,000 - £85,000, with bonus scheme, pension, and career development opportunities. The role offers potential for progression into Area/Regional Management and internal mobility within a market-leading organization.
