HR Generalist South Lanarkshire Permanent - office-based We’re delighted to be supporting a well-established international organisation in their search for an HR Generalist to join the team. This is a varied, people-focused role where you’ll support the Global Head of HR across all aspects of HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. You’ll be involved in everything from day-to-day HR support and international payroll coordination to helping shape global projects and early careers initiatives. It’s a role that offers real variety and the chance to make an impact across teams in the UK, US, and Asia. What you’ll be doing: * Supporting employee relations and day-to-day HR operations across global teams * Coordinating payroll across multiple regions * Managing recruitment activities and onboarding processes * Building partnerships with local colleges and universities to promote early careers programmes * Contributing to HR projects, process improvements, and engagement initiatives What we’re looking for: * Previous HR Generalist experience, ideally with some international exposure * Strong understanding of employee relations and recruitment * Experience working with or supporting payroll processes * Excellent organisation and communication skills * A proactive, professional, and approachable attitude This is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive and growing business where you’ll gain exposure to global HR operations, develop your skills, and play a key part in shaping how the company supports and engages its people.
