Job Role: Junior Talent Manager - Beauty & Lifestyle Creators
Location: London - 3 days in 2 WFH
Salary: £28k - £32k + comms
ABOUT THE JOB
Our client is looking for a Junior Talent Manager to join their team, supporting the growth and management of a roster of beauty and lifestyle creators. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital media, influencer culture, and brand partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Managing day-to-day relationships with beauty and lifestyle creators
* Manage the planning and execution of brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, and content collaborations
* Identify new opportunities for creators, including sponsorships, collaborations, events, and media appearances
* Monitor trends in beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle sectors to inform creator strategies
* Support contract management, ensuring deadlines and obligations are met
* Help prepare reporting and updates on creator performance and campaign outcomes
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
* 1.5 + years’ experience in talent management
* Strong interest and knowledge of beauty, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle industries
* Excellent communication, both verbal and written
* Knowledge of social media trends, content creation, and the sports/entertainment industries
