Duties:
* This position is responsible for managingCompanys Property Claims Management Program.
* The position is responsible for the daytoday activity ofproperty loss and business interruption claims communication ofloss incidents interaction/coordination with Operationsand
* Maintenance groups claimssubmission preparation and coordination with claimsconsultants financial tracking and reporting foraccounting and status reporting on recovery.
* Responsibilities also include providing all feedbackrequired from the adjuster to close open claims in 2024.
Responsibilities:
* Handle/manage the property loss claim processinvolving claim reporting investigation claim preparation claimsubmission and claim payments.
* Attend monthlybusiness unit status review prepare and present report on status ofproperty losses and externally reported property claims.
* Prepare forecasts of timing and amount of claims to beclosed in 2024 Coordinate and interact with Operations andMaintenance groups regarding property claim matters.
* Coordinate preparation and submission of claims andadjustment and recovery phases with insurance adjuster.
* Assist and coordinate data gathering and documentation tosupport claims submission.
* Prepare managementreports for department and executive management on propertyclaim/loss historical data claims status potential/recovery andgeneral financial cost associated with claims process.
* Manage all property/business interruption coveragestructure for all operational assets.
* Coordinate and manage the claims management process fromstart to finish.
* May visit sites that suffer aloss to inspect with loss adjusters assess loss and collectdata.
Skills:
* Minimum three years experience in claimmanagement preferably in a company setting.
* Ability to make sound business recommendations ordecisions on assigned tasks.
* A high degree ofanalytic ability and inductive thinking.
* Competent judgment is required to study previouslyestablished often partially relevant guidelines plan for variousinterrelated activities and coordinate such activities related toassigned responsibilities.
* Requires externalinteraction to carry out responsibilities.
* Developed business acumen in energy and renewable energysector preferred Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office:Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint; Excellent written communication:capable of presenting work and writing work reports scope of workand contractual documentation.
* Excellentverbal communication: able to verbalize in clear concise andtactful communication with senior executive management clientspeers and team members; Strong leadership and interpersonal.

Education:
