We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MET Technician to join a busy automotive workshop in Pulborough. The successful MET Technician will be working on a range of vehicle models, primarily focusing on insurance and dealer work, in a modern, well-equipped environment.

Duties
8. Carrying out mechanical repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
9. Working efficiently to meet productivity targets for bonus qualification
10. Assisting with vehicle stripping, fitting, and electrical work as required
11. Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards
12. Maintaining high levels of quality and safety standards in the workshop
13. Using ramps and specialised tools to carry out repairs and inspections
Candidate spec
14. Qualified MET Technician with relevant industry certifications such as NVQ, ATA, or equivalent
15. Experience working on Citroën, Peugeot, Stellantis, or Kia vehicles is highly advantageous
16. Ability to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency (130%+ potential)
17. Willing to start early (6-7 am) if necessary
18. Good understanding of automotive electrical, mechanical, and bodywork repair processes
19. Reliable, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment
