Location: Office based - Norwich
Work Pattern: 5 days a week, between Monday - Sunday, 7.5 hour shifts, 9:00am - 9:15pm
Responsibilities
* Be the friendly voice on the phone and an expert in responding to emails for customers planning their holidays.
* Help customers with their holiday queries and support them throughout their trip, including finding their next adventure, resolving issues with their booking, or offering advice.
