What you’ll do as Production Team Supervisor:
• Lead and develop a multi-shift team
• Drive performance, quality, and on-time delivery
• Champion health & safety and continuous improvement
• Optimise machine utilisation and production processes
What you’ll bring as Production Team Supervisor:
• Strong people leadership experience
• Background in engineering manufacturing
• Knowledge of Lean/CI tools
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets
