An experienced professional, well organised and discreet PA to manage all aspects of the principals’ lives. A self-starter, able to cope with a demanding role, able to plan ahead, with a good level of experience and clear communication skills.
Working from the office in Belgravia 5 days a week - Hours 9am – 6pm
The role includes:
* Organising international travel, including flights (private and scheduled), transfers, hotels
* Coordinating an ever-changing diary
* Organising household matters
* Christmas gift list
* Art cataloguing and insurance
* Liaising with international colleagues
* Logistics
* Correspondence
* Good ITskills including Mac
* French speaker would be useful but not essential
