Senior Fire Risk Assessor

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 + company car + benefits
NPG Fire Safety Ltd is hiring a Senior Fire Risk Assessor to join our growing consultancy team. This is a key opportunity for an experienced assessor looking to contribute meaningfully to a well-established, highly accredited fire safety consultancy with the potential to progress into a future leadership and validation role within the business.

Key responsibilities:
Carry out fire risk assessments across a broad range of commercial and residential buildings
Prepare clear, concise, and fully compliant reports
Liaise with clients to explain findings and support improvement measures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, guidance, and emerging industry best practice
Support, mentor, and guide junior and trainee assessors
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards and client satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments
A recognised Level 4 fire risk assessment qualification (Level 3 may be considered if accompanied by strong experience and a willingness to develop)
Ideally, registration with a tiered FRA register (e.g. IFSM)
Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Professional integrity and pragmatism
Full UK driving licence and the unrestricted right to work in the UK
