A growing owner managed business based in Yeadon is recruiting an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to join its team. With a current turnover of around £4 million and ambitious plans to grow to £10m+ within the next three years, this is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional looking to play a pivotal role in scaling a successful business. This hands-on and strategic role combines financial control with growth-focused leadership. The successful candidate will be instrumental in strengthening financial systems, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping to deliver the company’s ambitious expansion plans. The position reporting into a part time Finance Director and currently oversees an accounts assistant and a part-time credit controller. The systems is NetSuite ERP. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Produce accurate monthly management accounts and close ledgers promptly. Prepare board packs, variance analysis, and monthly performance commentary. Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding variances. Develop and maintain robust forecasting and cash flow models. Support strategic planning, growth forecasting, and potential acquisitions.
