Real Estate Finance – Associate & Senior Associate
Location: Hampshire (3 days remote working)

Our client, a prestigious law firm is expanding its highly regarded Real Estate Finance team and is seeking to hire both an Associate (NQ–5 PQE) and a Senior Associate (5+ PQE). Associate (NQ – 5 PQE)
For this level, the team is open to applicants with mixed experience, ideally covering both commercial property and real estate finance work.
You will have:
• Up to 5 years PQE Exposure to property finance and/or commercial real estate transactions Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn within a supportive team
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting on acquisition, development, and refinancing transactions Supporting senior lawyers on due diligence and drafting loan and security documents Working with a wide range of clients, including large banks/lenders and investors Collaborating with colleagues across related practice areas

Senior Associate (5+ PQE)
For this position, the firm requires a clear and consistent focus on real estate finance. Someone who ideally has experience acting for many leading UK and overseas institutional lenders as well as a range of national and international corporates.
You will bring:
• 5+ years’ strong PQE within a reputable highly real estate finance team Experience running transactions with minimal supervision Confidence negotiating complex loan and security documentation Ability to supervise and develop junior team members Strong client management skills and commercial awareness
Key Responsibilities
• Leading on real estate finance matters, including structured finance and development finance Managing and mentoring juniors Negotiating key transactional documentation Involvement in business development and growing client relationships
