The Global Process Manager (GPM) is responsible for understanding business requirements within the Integrated Business Process workstream and collaborating cross-functionally to develop global process and technology solution templates. The GPM acts as an internal business consultant, leveraging global process standards and technical expertise. The role involves working with business process solution experts from an end-to-end process perspective and understanding the behavioural requirements of their assigned workstream to drive success for Program Leo and the McCormick organization through global transformation.
The GPM reports to the Associate Global Process Owner - IBP and collaborates closely with IBP GPMs, GPMs across the program, business leaders, process teams, and the Organizational Readiness team. The focus areas include Production Planning, Material Planning, Demand and Supply Planning, Replenishment, Inventory Planning, Analytics, and Reporting. The GPM should demonstrate strong business and technical acumen, understanding the future state of the program to assist with Key Design Decisions, user role mapping, and business metrics execution to ensure site deployment readiness.

* Driving global alignment on industry-standard solutions
* Designing and deploying globally aligned end-to-end processes
* Driving business transformation and change management
* Enabling seamless collaboration with IT to implement enabling technologies
* Ensuring seamless integration with adjacent processes
Responsibilities include:
* Utilizing leading practice assets and practices
* Aligning processes to Global Template & Standard design
* Managing Solution Decisions (Configuration, WRICEF, Cutover)
* Collaborating with Solution Architects for cross-team integration
* Partnering with business users for solution design and delivery
* Driving testing, change management, training, data migration, cutover, and hyper care activities
* Defining and implementing Process Roadmaps for targeted benefits
* Improving global policies and processes with proper documentation and controls
* Defining KPIs and performance measures for continuous improvement
* Collaborating with IT on system initiatives
* Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrections
* Ensuring global alignment of priorities in a matrixed environment
* Driving adoption of global process standards and stakeholder buy-in
* Leading change management activities
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, strategic thinking, analytical skills, SME in process and tools, global mindset, experience in multinational organizations, program and project management, stakeholder management, and certifications like LEAN, Six Sigma, or PMP are desirable.
Preferred qualifications involve in-depth knowledge of the global workstream, understanding of McCormick's processes, experience with transformational change and ERP implementation, and demonstrated buy-in for Program Leo.
