The Role
1. Carry out inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of operational sites
2. Use diagnostic tools and drones to identify and resolve system issues
3. Take ownership of regional sites with the opportunity to lead and grow a team
The Candidate
4. Experience in solar O&M, electrical maintenance, or field service
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
6. Comfortable working independently and travelling regionally
7. Clean Driver's license
