The Role
As Technical Sales Engineer, you will:
* Identify, qualify, and convert new sales leads into long-term customers.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts to exceed revenue targets.
* Present and demonstrate technical products and solutions to clients across the oil & gas, energy, and engineering sectors.
* Interpret customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
* Maintain regular contact with customers, sharing updates on new products, services, and technology advancements.
* Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
* Work closely with technical teams and subject matter experts to deliver winning proposals.
* Produce accurate quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
* Ensure all CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is accurate and up to date.
About You

* Proven experience in pipeline pre-commissioning, pipeline inspection, or instrumentation (essential).
* Background in technical sales, business development, or account management (oil & gas preferred).
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of hitting targets.
* Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to travel internationally (driving licence required).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
