As such, their stock is high with Blue Chip customers who hold large built portfolios, and want this level of deep advisory expertise on-hand through the life-cycles of their buildings, not just at the design stage.\n\nThe asset team advises on building performance, energy management, decarbonisation strategy, PPM, capital expenditure and asset optimisation.\n\nAs this team expands, delivering for enterprise customers, airports, sports franchises, listed buildings and many more, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, work-winning RICS professional to join the ranks as part of their growth, becoming part of the leadership team and to take their place in the succession planning of the business.\n\nYou will be a knowledgeable building surveyor, able to spot risk & opportunity across a broad portfolio of customers and built assets you'll be financially literate a great communicator and a leader of teams. You'll be ambitious a real work-winner, with a real desire to embed expertise with great customers.
