This Residential Property Lawyer position offers the chance to work with high-quality clients and manage a varied caseload within a friendly and collaborative team.
Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
Handle high-value transactions including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
Build and maintain strong relationships with local agents and clients
Work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team environment
Attend monthly fee earner meetings and assist with team file cover

What we are looking for
The firm is seeking a confident and experienced Residential Property Lawyer who can hit the ground running and add immediate value.
Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC
Ideally 2-10 years' PQE (flexibility for more senior candidates)
Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Ambitious, proactive and commercially aware
A team player who thrives in a collegiate environment
Comfortable working with high-net-worth clients
Senior candidates seeking a pathway to partnership or those looking to bring experience and mentorship into the team will be highly valued.
