The Role:\n We are seeking a committed and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Teaching Assistant (TA) to join The Skills Hub, a co-educational Alternative Provision supporting pupils aged 11-16 who cannot attend mainstream school. Many of the students are at risk of, or have experienced, permanent exclusion, so strong behaviour management skills are essential.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who need guidance, support, and consistency.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSupport classroom teachers in planning and resource preparation\n\nPromote pupil engagement and independence in learning\n\nManage behaviour effectively and support SEMH needs\n\nEncourage inclusion across all aspects of school life\n\nDeliver tailored support to help students thrive academically and emotionally\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n ✅ Experience in SEMH/Alternative Provision settings\n ✅ Confident with behaviour management strategies\n ✅ Background in PSHE or Music (preferred but not essential)\n ✅ Calm, resilient, and proactive approach\n ✅ Passionate about pupil welfare and inclusive education\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nA supportive team environment\n\nAccess to ongoing CPD and training\n\nConvenient West Drayton location (Elizabeth Line)\n\nOn-site parking\n\n📅 Start Date: ASAP\n To apply or find out more, please send your CV or contact us directly
