Engineering FM Services - Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant
Engineering FM Services, with its main office near Liverpool, is actively seeking an Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant to join a rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will work closely with the operations team to ensure all departments and technical teams receive a high level of administrative support and service at all times.
Key Duties:
1. Collaborate with the operations department to prepare reports and presentations.
2. Ensure all filing and reports are collated according to project agreements and address any issues professionally.
3. Update and maintain a comprehensive data list on the internal computer system.
4. Support other areas of the business using various administrative skills and experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of commercial experience in a similar field, demonstrate a strong academic background, and possess a keen eye for detail.
