About the role
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PT Golden Cup Printing in Kendal, Central Java. As a full-time Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our manufacturing facility. What you'll be doing
* Supervise and coordinate the daily production activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of products
* Monitor and maintain production schedules, work processes, and quality control measures
* Provide leadership and guidance to the production team, including training, mentoring, and performance management
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
* Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and maintenance, to ensure the smooth running of operations
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Analyse production data, generate reports, and provide recommendations to management
What we're looking for
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the printing or packaging manufacturing and handcraft / handwork areas.
* Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
* Proficient in the use of production management software and data analysis tools.
* Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
