Our service operates 24/7 and consists of 17 houses in Cambridge to provide practical and emotional support to the people who live in our services to help them build their confidence to live independently.
The Role
We are looking for dedicated and positive people to work with us in Cambridgeshire as part of our Mental Health Accommodation Pathway. Referrals are made by mental health professionals and we work closely with them to ensure the people we support are successful in their journey with us. There are lots of opportunities to work in different environments across the pathway with people who have varying levels of need.
Responsibilities
* Provide practical and emotional support to service users in 17 houses.
* Work 24/7 as part of the accommodation pathway.
* Collaborate with mental health professionals to support 109 people across Cambridgeshire.
* Help residents build confidence to live independently.
* Provide support across varying levels of need.
